BIG FRIDAY NIGHT!! TONIGHT'S TOP TEN, SCORING, PHOTO FOUR!

As promised, here is tonight's TOP TEN, ready for your voting pleasure.  Honestly and don't take this the wrong way, but , let's see if all the rest of you combined can match Judy's vote total. I can't hold her off much longer, and as you can see from the scoring below, she is in the lead. Stacy made the brilliant suggestion that I include the actual PICTURE when I list the Top Ten.  Genius!! and, like so many other things, I should have thought of it…and O'Shidiot, but I did not.  Thanks, Stacy.  You are on it and I appreciate the no chart hassles.  

Captioning this beauty was no easy feat, and picking the TOP TEN was even harder, but here they are in order of appearance--and I'd like to personally welcome Ginny to the club.  Show these midwesterners what you've got.  And yes, I realize there are 12 here.  I'm sorry. I had some help with choosing, and my helpers were adamant on a few, as was I.  More points for everyone.

OK, you all know the drill--Let's get the vote out, please. 

Scoring for Photo 4, The St. Patrick's Day one is complete.  Judy is now in the lead, as she should be given she had like 10 times as many votes as anyone else.  (a little aside---Honest to God, Judy, how do you get so many votes? It's amazing. I'm in awe and who is Sr. Jovita? and were you really her favorite?) John and Joann are right behind. Rob is making his move, but Linda, Stacy and Tricia are holding tight.  It's a Battle Royale to be sure. I must say, a few more of you are taking advantage of the quantity points by throwing down with  20 fine captions.  Smart play--these are easy points because I often can't tell what's a comment and what's a caption, so I err on the generous side (Jessica, not so sure about a few of yours, but you keep making me laugh, so I count them because I am a benevolent dictator) . 

And Rob and John were neck and neck in the race for second place in the voting…So, I gave them both 10 points. I'm not going to lie, a few times I couldn't tell if they were voting or just commenting, so once again, I erred on the side of generosity.  You're welcome. And that's Lentertainment (and John's picture of the kid peeing counted as a vote, as well, because to someone who can't even make an f'ing chart, those pictures that John makes in the comment section are like the Sistene Chapel.) 

And as always, the Extra Credit is totally at my whim and discretion: 10 points for Linda because she was the first to tell me that Harvard upset Cincinnati and because on second review, she had some mighty fine captions, 20 points for Rob for bringing out the international vote and having the best comments in the voting, 20 points for Jessica for posting and voting from Mexico and 50 points for Stacy because "O'Shidiots" is honestly the funniest, most perfect, quintessential caption EVER.  I only wish that I had thought of it.  Outside this blog, I am totally going to tell people I thought it up and I will use it with impunity, taking full credit as if I had. Man, I wish I had thought of it.  And kudos to Stacy--she is a master.
